Company & OEM
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. We handle sourcing, extraction, testing, and export directly – no middlemen, full traceability.
Can you do OEM/ODM or private label?
Yes. Custom formulation, blending, and private-label packaging are available. Send us your spec and dosage form, and we will return a tailored proposal.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, free samples for most products. You only cover the freight. Bulk order after sample approval.
What certifications do you have?
GMP-standard production with third-party testing. ISO, HACCP, Kosher, and Halal certificates available on request. A COA ships with every batch.
Can you make custom specifications?
Yes. We standardize active content to your target (e.g., Silymarin 80%, Curcumin 95%) and adjust particle size, solubility, or packaging to your formula.
What is your annual production capacity?
Scalable capacity for both trial orders and large-volume contracts. Tell us your monthly volume and we will confirm availability and lead time.
Product & Quality
How do you ensure quality and batch consistency?
Every batch is HPLC/UV tested with full traceability, residual-solvent and heavy-metal testing. COA and MSDS included with each shipment.
Do you test for ethylene oxide, aflatoxins and other contaminants?
Yes. Every batch is screened for the contaminants that cause most botanical rejections at EU and US borders: ethylene oxide (EtO), aflatoxins, pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and heavy metals. Pesticide residue is screened against EU MRLs (EC) 396/2005, and Proposition 65 (Prop 65) statements are available on request. Reports are issued alongside the COA.
Can you provide a COA and third-party test report?
Yes. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis. Independent third-party testing (SGS, Eurofins, etc.) is available on request.
What is the difference between “standardized” and “ratio” extracts?
Standardized extracts guarantee a specific active content (e.g., 95% curcuminoids); ratio extracts (e.g., 10:1) only describe the raw-material-to-extract ratio. Choose standardized for accurate dosing.
What is the shelf life and storage condition?
Typically 24 months, sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Exact shelf life is on each product COA.
Are your products non-GMO or organic?
Many items are available as non-GMO or organic on request. Tell us your requirement and we will confirm the compliant grade.
Do you supply yeast protein?
Yes – Yeast Protein F80, a fermentation-derived protein specified at 80% minimum protein on a dry basis, non-GMO and allergen-free, packed in 25 kg cartons with an aluminium bag and PE liner. Ask for the specification sheet and a free sample.
How is yeast protein different from whey or plant proteins?
It is produced by fermenting edible yeast rather than from dairy or a crop, so it contains no animal inputs, declares no allergens and is not tied to the whey, soy or pea supply chains. It suits beverages, plant-based meat and high-protein foods.
Can yeast protein be used in beverages?
Yes – the specification covers dairy beverages, solid beverages, plant-based protein beverages and frozen beverages. The taste and odour are characteristic of yeast, so beverage projects normally validate flavour masking in a bench trial; we supply samples for that.
What testing methods do you use?
HPLC, UV-Vis, and pharmacopoeia methods depending on the active. The method is stated on the COA and can match USP/EP standards.
Do your products meet FDA / EU regulations?
We provide the documentation needed for import (COA, MSDS, testing, compliance statements). Final compliance depends on your finished-product claims.
Ordering & Logistics
What is your MOQ?
Varies by product – typically 0.5-1 kg for samples, and 10-25 kg (one drum) for bulk. Contact us for a specific item MOQ.
Can I start with a small trial order?
Yes. Small trial orders are welcome so you can validate quality before scaling up.
What is the delivery time?
Stock samples ship in 1-3 days; bulk orders typically ship in 7-15 days, depending on quantity and customization.
What shipping methods and terms do you offer?
Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air, and sea. Terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP/DDU. We will recommend the best option for your destination.
What payment terms do you accept?
Common international trade terms such as T/T and L/C. Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice before production starts.
What documents ship with my order?
Commercial invoice, packing list, COA and MSDS ship with every order. Certificates, test reports and compliance statements are added on request.
What if a batch does not meet the agreed specification?
Every batch is released against the agreed COA before shipping. If a non-conformity is found, we review it against the specification and resolve it by replacement, rework or credit as agreed in the sales contract.
